I had previously had a realtor I was working with already. But that realtor used a lender who I wasn't able to qualify with. So I was referred to Janice, and her recommendation for a lender was a big hit and I was able to qualify. I ended up sticking with Janice. She made time at the drop of a hat to show us properties and in locations that we weren't too sure about yet and just wanted to "see the area." She was easy to work with and I will always recommend her to anyone else.
